We base our team building activities and team development programmes around exercises which although real – with real rewards for success and real penalties for failure – do not rely on a particular expertise or skill. We do this so that the underlying team building elements are highlighted without any specific expertise getting in the way.

Team Building Events

Acclimbatize has a 30′ mobile climbing wall and archery activity that can be used as centre pieces to an activity programme set up at a destination of your choice. Our ‘Team Challenge Tasks’ and team building activities are specifically designed with the purpose of bringing all team members together to work towards achieving a common goal. We ensure that the team building tasks themselves are fun and memorable. By doing this, we believe that the associated learning is also memorable.

Outdoor Activities

Working co-operatively and cohesively as a team is a theme that runs strongly through all of our outdoor activities. Activity without reflection doesn’t lead to the best learning. We therefore build in time slots when you can review the way your team is working and perhaps agree to whatever changes would make for better results.

All of our Team Building Tasks are transportable and can be easily set up to support learning programmes at a location of your convenience. These events can help maintain focus, raise attainment and highlight the importance of working together through a direct and powerful approach to learning.

A range of tasks which are varied and chosen specifically to engage all personality types are prepared and readied for your team. The tasks are each designed to either improve performance, break down social barriers, build trust, test problem solving skills and build trust and team cohesion

We have over 30 tasks - some really testing challenges for our corporate teams and bright sparks, other tasks are designed to simply 'break the ice' Each task is (ideally) designed for 8 people. So given the location and ideal space we can comfortable engage 200 plus people on 'Multi Task' style events.

Some tasks require balance and co-ordination, some tasks involve some running but the vast majority require thinking power and good communication . Therefore fitness levels are not that important.

We are prepared to travel to most places in the UK for large events.

Locally team building is ideal for combing with most activities
