It's the flexibility that makes the difference!
A flexible approach to creating a unique outdoor course.
Unlike many traditional outdoor centres with established ‘set piece’ activity programmes, acclimbatize offers a truly independent, non-institutionalised approach to programme planning.
Affordable activity costs are achieved by maintaining modest overheads and through in house technical expertise.
Our supremely qualified staff team place all levels of adventurous challenge within scope. Visit the activities pages of this website to decide on your level of challenge.
Simply choose the activities you would like included in your programme or course. We will work in partnership with you to achieve the objectives you wish to accomplish for your group.
To us discuss your own ideas please telephone during office hours or email us at any time.
Were available to support, advise and offer guidance from the initial enquiry through to programme delivery.
Being independent of any residential building our clients have the benefit of choosing their own accommodation.
This way room quality and bed capacity can be matched to personal preference and budget.
Acclimbatize provide impartial advice on a diverse variety of accommodation options. (From Luxury boutique hotels through to B&Bs, self catering bunkhouses or camping)
Packed Lunches: Lunches can be arranged on behalf of your group minimum order 8
Catering services can be arranged for groups staying in self catering accommodation minimum group size 8.
Capacity and co - ordination
With the capacity to deliver to over 200 participants on a variety of activities at any given time, no group size has yet proved too unwieldy.
From a central meeting point we divide larger groups up into teams of 8 and disperse to separate locations. This is done to minimise impact at activity venues and afford a better quality of experience to the client.
Free staff places are available for schools and youth groups. 1 free staff place per group of up to 8 paying students. 40 students = 5 free places (activities only not accom)
Inspection Visits: We encourage inspection visits by organising staff when choosing accommodation for residential courses or when planning day courses for larger groups.
These visits help organisers understand how their courses will be co – ordinated. The visits are mutually beneficial to all parties and provide the opportunity to ask any outstanding questions, visit venues and change programmes.
